By placing an order with me, you agree to the following terms of service. If there are any questions, feel free to ask! Please read everything carefully to avoid misunderstandings.Payment
-Payments must be made exclusively via Pix;
-Payment must be made in two installments: 50% of the amount as soon as the contract is closed (that is, before the draft begins) and 50% before sending the order by email. Making it very clear that the final art will not be sent before payment confirmation;
-My prices are based on estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.Reimbursement
-Refunds will not be made once work has begun. It is essential that the customer clearly expresses their needs and possible changes to guarantee a satisfactory service;Usage policy
As the author of the works, I have permission to:-Promote my work;
-Display works in different contexts, such as portfolios and social networks (unless the client refuses for privacy reasons);The buyer is not allowed to:
-Sell art for personal use;
-Attribute the authorship of the art to yourself, and credit @melbzz_ when sharing on your networks;
-Remove my signature from the work;
-Change the illustration without my authorization;
-Use the commissioned artwork in NFTs or in any context related to cryptocurrencies or blockchain.Commercial use

-For legal clients or companies, prices will be negotiated individually.Other
-The use of my arts on AI websites for filters is prohibited, subject to legal sanctions;
-I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time (with a full refund);
-If you have any problems with your order, get in touch so we can resolve them together!;
-I reserve the right to cancel an order and withhold part of the payment in case of offense on the part of the customer;
-If you are in a hurry to receive your order, a fee of 10% of the order will be charged. Please be patient and understand that I will be working on more than one drawing simultaneously!;
-CHANGES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT THE SKETCH PHASE!!!;
-20% of the value will be added if there is one (1) additional character. For every character added, the same thing;
-Keep in mind that requesting changes to the illustration may delay delivery;
-I don't work on Sundays and holidays.Drawing Services
-I do not draw NSFW content, realistic style, mechas/machines, complex scenarios or any offensive and/or prejudiced content.REQUIRED INFORMATION
To start the art, I need the following information:
-Type of art desired (bust/half body/full body, number of characters, personal or commercial use);
-Character references;
-Image format (horizontal, vertical or square);
-Description of the character's personality;
-Specifications about poses, clothes and expressions (with references, if possible!);
-If there is other information relevant to the work, please inform us before starting the artwork.
